OH NO….Russia is mad at Trump. So what does Trump do? He turns around and blames Congress.
I heard yesterday it took Trump 5 days to sign this sanctions bill that Congress overwhelmingly passed. I also understand from news coverage that this particular bill not only imposed sanctions on Russia – but that it effectively tied Trump’s hands so he could not change anything.
I suspect that is what is really eating at Trump – how dare the Congress do their jobs and tie his hands.
BTW – did you notice Trump signed this bill without any photo ops and a big smile on his face while he signed it?
WOW – for every Executive Order Trump signed, there were cameras everywhere and Trump was smiling so big.
But for the first piece of actual legislation that actually got passed overwhelmingly through Congress does not even get a photo op – let alone the big smiles.
Hmmmm…..isn’t that what a President is supposed to do – to sign the laws that CONGRESS passes?
