There’s always the threat of ISIS terrorists coming into our homes to kill us. That’s why we need an assault rifles, various other types of guns and all the ammo our cold hard cash can buy.
Seriously – why would anyone want the job of being president?
1) t’s a thankless job.
2) It’s a 24/7 job.
3) It’s a dangerous job because this country is full of too many guns with easy access.
4) It’s a job where one has to dumb down your message simply because too many people don’t give a damn about education.
5) Did I mention – it’s a thankless job?
I give kudos to Hillary Clinton for even wanting the job – there is not enough money in the world for me to even want it.
I watched the news coverage of the local Black Lives Matter protesters marching down 13th Street last night.
I found this explanation of the distinction between ‘black lives matter,’ and ‘all lives matter’ interesting. I understand much better after reading it.

Kinda like when a little black girl is missing – that story is just a ‘blip’ on the radar. But when a little white girl is missing – then that hits national news.
I remember seeing that happen – all too often.
But then again – if it is between a poor little white girl and a rich little white girl – the rich wins out every time.
I guess this country will NEVER come to grips with our obsessive need to be divided??
Doesn’t it warm your heart to know that Pence – that governor that proudly signed the religious freedom law in Indiana – is fighting those evil gays from buying a wedding cake.
