My first cousin Bill is Great Grandfather to little Nash Lucas who lost his life yesterday when a car ran over him while he and his family were watching a parade. Bill’s daughter is Nash’s Grandmother and her son is Nash’s father. Nash’s Mother remains hospitalized with non life threatening injuries.
There but by the grace of God go I….. We never know from one day to the next what is going to happen.

Some folks might read this and think that God planned everything and it was His will being done.
I don’t see it that way – I do believe in God but my God does not sit on some golden throne looking down on us and determining who is going to live or die that day.
Because – it was Nash’s parents that gave the ultimate gift of life to that little 8-month-old in Texas. Did God move them to do this – I don’t know.
But what this story does tell me is one thing – we are all connected on this Earth. And we need to stop dividing ourselves into which religion we follow and start thinking about others.

Exceptional means………..
1) not usual: unusual or uncommon
2) unusually good: much better than average
3) mentally or physically disabled
May Mitt Romney and his fellow Republicans were talking about themselves being #3 – mentally disabled?

Honestly, I pray that Trump is the Repub nominee; best thing that could happen for Democrats; if not for the US Empire.
