  1. Quite a nice return on his investment! From just ONE of his investments Icahn would save about $243 million in potential taxes on his investments.

My God!! What a tax rip-off: and hugely unfair to every nine-to-five taxpayer, especially women because of wage differential, child-care, etc.

    • I wish I could be a fly on the wall the first time Paul Ryan refuses to come into work because he chooses to stay at home with the kids.

  2. Today made me admire Hillary Clinton more. She was poised, eloquent, confident, conducted herself professionally and sounded very presidential. The 11 hours of testimony she gave were a remarkable display of her patience, diplomacy, intelligence, and endurance. Were those republican interrogators oblivious to how dumb and ugly they sounded? All seven republican members of that committee lost any credibility they may have had — they certainly did themselves no favors.

    • Sad to say – those seven Republicans are probably doing quite well on their current fundraising efforts and they are spouting their display of ignorance at this committee hearing as one of their strongest assets.

The Republican Party has stooped so low in the past 7 years of pure Obama hatred. I suspect these folks don’t realize how stupid and ugly they sound.

Because – the fact remains – that their minions LOVE that dumb and ugly behavior. In fact, the minions want even MORE of the same stupid stuff.

BTW – I just read where Paul Ryan is now in the race for the speaker’s job.

I’ve read several blog comments that call Paul Ryan a RINO.

That is how bizarre the current Republican Party is now. When Paul Ryan is seen as a RINO – damn.
