  1. It is the hypocrisy that keeps all of us choosing ‘sides.’ Beheadings are atrocious — no matter who is killed or who does the killing.

Beheadings are not at all uncommon in many Islamic countries because it is specifically called for in Sharia law, just as executions by other means are not at all uncommon in the U.S. because they are called for in our laws.

  2. VOTE, and do everything possible to ensure other sane people also vote! When democrats vote, they win!

    U. S. Senate republicans are putting together an agenda for the first 100 days of 2015 in case they win control of the Senate. Authorizing the Keystone XL oil pipeline, approving “fast-track” trade authority, wiping out proposed environmental regulations and repealing the medical device tax top their list. They also want Social Security and Medicare cuts.

Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, vice chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, said Thursday that if Republicans take the Senate in November, he suspects that repealing President Obama’s signature Affordable Care Act will be a policy priority. “I suspect we will vote to repeal early — to put on record the fact that we Republicans think it’s a bad policy and we think it’s hurting our constituents,” he said at a Christian Science Monitor breakfast.

So if we get a Republican-controlled Senate, we’ll get a Congress that is united behind an agenda of deregulation, doubling down on fossil fuel, repealing Obamacare, and cutting Social Security and Medicare.

  3. Always remember it is the goal of The Republican Party to make it easier for the wealthy to carry out their agenda!

And today’s attention to this sinful world of mankind clearly tells anyone listening that the idea of any peace, justice or salvation, believed or not, is well beyond mankind’s reach for we reveal to one another that we are first, always and for eternity, savages to one-another. Wisdom is lost on mankind.

When Christians demonize the Muslims for their spreading of Islam through violent acts – might I suggest the do some reading of history.

The Christians have had their own kind of barbaric and murderous acts all in their desire to spread Christianity throughout the world.

I have to shake my head when I hear some of the modern-day Evangelnuts get all pompous and holier-than-thou when they try to say that Christians do not kill people in the name of their religion…

    Oh, really????

The fight between Muslims and Christians has been going on for centuries…
