  1. “Banning Abortion Does Not Decrease Abortion Rates…The cause of abortions is unwanted pregnancies. If you get rid of unwanted pregnancies the number of people who seek abortions will drop like a rock.” That’s a big duh to most of us.. so what’s with the so-called Pro-Life movement? This is a great piece and well worth reading and keeping.

    • Simple logic seem to fly out the window when some subjects are talked about. Simple logic in that statement of “If you get rid of unwanted pregnancies the number of people who seek abortions will drop like a rock.”

To not see logic leads to making excuses and illogical decisions and statements. From the old, “Doctor it hurts every time I move my arm like this!” The Doctor smiles and replies, “Then don’t ,move your arm like that!”.

It would just as easy to ban sexual desire as it would be to ban abortion.
Plus to leave alone the blame and responsibility of sex and the possible outcome to women is to be in denial of logic again. Since both genders desire and both are not so illogical as they did not understand what can happen.

Both genders have responsibility, nether are free from it and are not alone in responsibility for it. A man who does not take into account the possible outcomes and take precautions is a fool and it should be both responsibility. Then it would be the common fulfillment that is they are seeking

Blaming it on they religious believes or family traditions is only to allow and excuse for their own lack of desire to be responsibility for the act.
