I’ve seen those billboards – but I can never read the fine print without causing an accident – LOL
Who put those up?
I strongly believe we should pass a law to make every elected official pack their own bag and the bag of their own children or grandchildren when they vote for any war.
Maybe then – and only then – these buffoons who are currently beating the war drum to invade Iran (actually, they’ve been beating that same war drum since McCain sang his little bomb, bomb, bomb Iran song in 2008) will stop their war mongering.
I just found out that I’ll be a grandfather again. The elder informs that her projected due date is granddaughter’s birthday, which will be conveniebt for me to remember as I enter my dotage.
A very fine Christmas ptrsent, methinks. BTW, happy Boxing Day tomorrow (be careful at the sales; I plan on staying out of the stores, as I’m not as steady on my feet as I once was).

Have you seen the WAR IS OVER billboards around town?
Do you think our leaders would think twice if it were their children who were being blown to bits dying?

We can only hope…..
I have no comprehension of people who think war is an acceptable solution. It isn’t, ever!
Whatever religion you profess to believe in or not belive in, this picture should make us all stop and marvel at how wondrous this universe truly is….
Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas today surrounded by those in your life that truly make life joyful and – like this comet – wondrous.
