It has became a old complain, choose a stance or belief and you can find a book that supports it.
You do not like how history portrays something, write your own and there will be those who agree that is what history should say happened.
If you do not know anything different then anyone can say anything in a book and you will take it as fact.
Facts and knowledge are up for grabs, a choice for those wishing to have something to believe in.
In a world and a mindset where nothing is an established fact or the reality.
History also has a way of repeating itself for those who refuse to learn from their past.
The thing about George W Bush that makes me the most angry is his arrogance. This man vowed to capture Bin Laden (the self-admitted mastermind) after 9/11 and then a few years later made the statement that he did not even think about Bin Laden anymore. That was a slap in the face of every 9/11 victim, their families and America.
But yet Bush STILL had his lock-stepping buddies dancing to his tune.
As you may or may know, Sarah Palin will be in the Andover Dillons tomorrow morning to sign her new book.
No doubt, there will be lines of people waiting in the cold tonight for their wristband so they can proudly proclaim they were ‘there’.
I would like to know what person or group brought Palin here? Was there someone that specifically asked for her to come or does a book tour simply pick places for the author to go?
Because I find it rather funny that it is in a Dillons. I didn’t know Dillons was competing with Barnes and Noble bookstores now.
My first guess would be the Kochs. I doubt we ever know who made the decision for her to be here or how it was organized, but I would still put my money on the Kochs having something to do with it.
The majority of the books I have in the book shelve I bought at the Dollar tree on East Harry.
most are from authors that are more liberal with a couple that are from Pat Buchanan.
I use to chuckle when looking through the dollar CDs at Wal-Mart and would say you know your career is over when you are a dollar CD! Like wise when your book is on the shelves at a everything is a dollar.
I wonder how long it will be before Palin is on those shelves?

I just don’t get that – and I never will.

We’ve now been at war with Afghanistan longer than the Soviet Union was in the 80’s.

Look like Clark and I got the same idea: visiting the zoo for Thanksgiving. đŸ™‚
Have a good weekend, folks.
I’ll just let this speak for itself.

Social GOP Conservatives may want to heed this warning. But our governor-elect Sam Brownback did get a shout-out in this article.
