  1. Good morning! It started out hot and promises to get hotter!

Griffin and I have had the pleasure of four grandchildren this weekend; grandsons 18 and 17 and grand daughters 14 and 12. They came Friday early afternoon and I began trying to fill them up. I went to the store for new and greater quantities of supplies last Friday afternoon and returned again yesterday.

I achieved success yesterday evening! I filled up four teenagers! đŸ˜‰

We’re going to a movie late this afternoon when it’s super hot outside and wonderfully cool inside theaters.

Was the movie good? When are the grandkids scheduled to return home?

    • Well, we went to see Inception, and it was OK. Interesting and spectacular special effects, a story line that doesn’t resolve itself — ever. It won’t become one of my favorites but it was interesting and rated “PG” so there weren’t questions about who should or shouldn’t see it…

The grandkids go home sometime this afternoon.

I’m tard. That’s a lot like being tired, but more so.

  2. The two cars still competing in the “Mainstream Class” are both from the Edison2 team by brother in law is on! The new ideas brought to this contest will help America in our quest to be less reliant on fossil fuels! Hooray for us!

Let’s certainly hope so – unless Repulicans regain their power and then it’s back to the oil wells.
