100% Agreement with the above graphic. All I hear from Republicans is how the public school teachers are lazy, inept and only care about their paychecks and pensions.

But – let’s get to the root of the Republicans hatred of public school teachers – it is the ‘unionized’ teachers these CONS seem to hate so much.
But…but….yet…. Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan were more than anxious to get those unionzed referrees back to the games – so their sports would not be interrupted any longer.
So…I guess professional sports referrees being unionzed and demanding fair pay and fair treatment is okay – before sports is more important than public school teachers?
As for the NRA and their ridiculous proposal to have armed guards (even volunteers) frightens me. Why would I want any Teabagger walking around with a loaded gun around my granddaughter?
Teabaggers are generally so full of themselves and their egos are as bloviated as the Hate Talk Radio shock jocks these Teabaggers listen to constantly.

The game Monopoly has been around for a very long time. Did you hear there is a new game piece? And, sadly, a current piece is to retired – can you guess which one before reading the article?
I must confess – I have never been a big fan of playing Monopoly. I suspect that even as I was growing up, I was not all that interested in acquiring things……
But, it did teach my kids how to handle that play money – how to add, how to plan, how to try to increase your money in order to buy what you hoped your game piece landed on…..

As long as we have Religious Zealots wearing the Cloak of Godliness and professing to be speaking for God – we will always have those folks who think they are justified to kill a doctor performing a legal procedure -an abortion.
But – isn’t it very telling that the same Republicans are against access to all birth control and they think there is such a thing as legitimate rape.
The current Republicans could tell me that the sun is hot and it could be 115 degrees outside and I’m sweating through my clothes and I would still not believe one word that came from their mouths.

I like NPR for three reasons:
1) It teaches
2) It does not preach
3) It has never screeched
I still have a few items I iron, but try to wear them sparingly.
